Skeptical at first but did everything advertised and more. I usually rub the cinnamon by hand. This tool makes everything easy. GREAT!

Unfortunately, the product is not consistent - a couple of times I managed to get cinnamon from the grinder, and in other cases I mostly couldn't get any. For the price of this product it should work fine! Very disappointed.

Product looks and feels like a well made quality product. However, this does not work! The ball should crush the cinnamon stick, after which the pieces should fall into part of the grinder, where they will be ground into a powder. The ball did nothing. I don't really see how this is supposed to do anything. The cinnamon stick just lies next to the ball. The twisting motion does nothing other than the ball crushing the racquet. This item gets 5 stars mainly because it is unique and provides you with freshly ground Ceylon cinnamon. No one else seems to make a hand cinnamon mill, and this one works well enough. But I have a number of issues with it, and I'd like to see a manufacturer do better.
