Pfister out of competition in my opinion. Excellent warranty, easy installation. Excellent guide. I would buy again. Very satisfied with Pfister products.

Mixed reviews but I took a chance when remodeling our bathroom to put the house on the market. It was very cheap compared to another Delta I got. I noticed minimal discoloration from the packaging and after touching it I saw blemishes. I can only imagine how much cleaning I have to do after prolonged use to keep it stain free. I returned it. I considered keeping it for the less-used guest bathroom, but didn't want to risk it if I sold the house either. Also, the guy from Home Depot told me that

I had to replace a leaking cartridge for almost a year. My job was to remove the 3/32 hex head screw that was in the original shower handle. It was installed 10 years ago and the bolt was completely frozen then broke trying to remove it. This resulted in the old screw having to be drilled out in order to remove the handle and replace the cartridge. I have ordered this new pen, do you have it as a backup in case I am unable to return the original pen. But as soon as I saw the new pen's redesign,
