Great service

The bearings look great and I'm sure they are of the highest quality, but their OD is a bit large. I need an inner diameter of 12mm and an outer diameter of 35mm. If you don't have 35mm OD bearings I'll keep them anyway and won't ask for a return. Your suggestion and service are outstanding.

Pros
  • Rubber seal on both sides
Cons
  • Big and chunky

One bearing

I only needed one bearing. It was cheaper to order two packs. But when it got to my front door, I only saw one direction. So if you need 2 bearings, keep that in mind. Otherwise it seems to be a good camp. It's the right size, fits the pulley perfectly, and eliminates the noise the old one made.

Pros
  • Can withstand 20,000 rpm
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Great replacement for the idler pulley bearing

My daughter's 2012 Subaru Impreza engine has not one, not two, but *three* idler pulleys, two regular sizes and one large about that big as a typical power steering pulley. It turns out that in 2012 Subaru switched from a traditional power steering system with a belt driven hydraulic pump to a power steering system that includes an electrically driven pump that is an integral part of the steering gear/rack. It must have been cheaper and easier for Subaru to replace that large idler pulley with…

Pros
  • 100% chrome steel for greater strength and durability
Cons
  • Very expensive
