Phanteks Enthoo Chassis Without PH ES614PC_BK Review

PH-ES614PC_BK is a fantastic case. The frame is rigid, made of heavy metal. Two case fans and a built-in PWM hub are pre-installed. Cable management is a dream come true with multiple rubber grommets and multiple integrated Velcro attachment points. There's plenty of room for creative combinations of water cooling, case fans, and modular hard drive trays. There is a dedicated slot for an SDD. I'd welcome some sled adapters to install additional SDDs in 3.5" bays, but it's not enough to pull off

Benefits: Body chassis feels strong and durable. You can remove the front to clean the filters without removing the top or sides. USB connectors fit snugly into case connectors (don't move). I was a little surprised at the quality of this case considering it is in the budget range. A 240 mm radiator easily fits in. Although larger heatsinks are supported, some (or all, depending on heatsink size) of the drive cages must be removed. I needed some front drive bays so this filled the bill. The box was damaged, the foam pads were broken but the case appeared to be intact. I just finished building it. What I don't like is the power button at the top. For PH-ES614PC_BK, no window. Let me be clear: I'm a "professional" user/creator of a workstation for myself. I'm not a mall ninja, a silenced gamer playing with stupid water-cooled crap. Why casemakers only focus on this amount I don't know. If this case didn't have vents/holes on the top and bottom of the case (other than the power supply) OR gas tight panels to seal those holes I would give this case 5 stars.
