PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING

This adapter will not work with some drivers. I bought this product, struggled with it for 8 hours before I figured it out and had to return it.

Pros
  • GOLS Certified
Cons
  • Color Not Required

Works great in chargers and cables

wasn't sure if this would work in my old Dell Axim X5. Wellas Delorme Atlas 2007 and works well with all. I like tom-tom for address tracking.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Legacy model

First broken but mostly my fault

Works great with my Dell Axim X50 and Ostia software. My first one broke but I used to leave the Axim hanging from the cord so it was mostly my fault that it broke. I bought a new one and now I have the correct Axim holder that attaches to the window with a suction cup so I had no more problems.

  • Pleasant

Clever idea with GPS, finders and accessories

Anyone who uses Microsft Streets & Trips knows that a mobile user is unlikely to be using their laptop with a dangling cord connected to a receiver that has a Has suction cup that does not work (due to design and layout). With this unit I was able to plug the receiver into my Dell Axim and now I have a pocket sized GPS that works perfectly. This is a great idea and a great product. Thank you.

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • Some troubles

Works great but very weak

I use the extension cable that comes with the adapter to extend the GPS-360 further down the dash. This adapter clearly cannot support the weight of its own extension cord, which rests on a clear plastic stand. I've only used it twice - the first time it broke off the back half of the cradle and the second time it finished the front half. The connector sticking out of the adapter still works with the cable, but I'll try gluing the stand together before using it again. I don't want the connector

Pros
  • Fits many
Cons
  • Sad hardware

What a clever idea

Anyone who uses Microsft Streets & Trips knows that a mobile user is unlikely to use their laptop with a dangling cable attached to a receiver without a suction cup (due to structures and locations). With this unit I was able to plug the receiver into my Dell Axim and now I have a pocket sized GPS that works perfectly. This is a great idea and a great product. Thank you.

I thought it didn't work

I bought an adapter for a PDA; Hornada 540; theoretically not supported by M$ Streets06. It took some time (7 minutes) for the GPS to get a solid signal for the first time, at first I thought it wasn't going to work; I put it on the windowsill. He discovered 2 satellites; I took him around town and he caught a total of 9 satellites. The more satellites, the more accurate. Now I turn off the power to the blocks and they fix themselves on 2 satellites for a minute if the block is in the house…

Pros
  • Chargers and cables
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something
