Not worth the hype for my opinion

The sound quality of this Bluetooth speaker is average at best, and it's not worth the price. Electronics like this should produce better sound, but this option falls short. Through trial and error, I found that the control included with this speaker is confusing and not user-friendly. Save your money and look for a better option.

Pros
  • None
Cons
  • Poor sound quality and confusing control.

Sounds good. for shelf stereo systems

The first unit we received didn't work properly, it was easy to return and we replaced it in record time. Works great, man is very happy with it.

Pros
  • Digital tone control. Choose a preset sound style - hip-hop or choir, symphony or rock opera? Whatever you love, this micro system's digital equalization feature lets you enjoy it even more. Choose from preset sound styles to get the most out of your music.
Cons
  • Difficult to say

The speaker is broken/cannot be satisfied

Arrived on time, no problem, but one of the speakers is not working. I've checked all the wire connections to the working speaker and they're fine, so the receiver is fine. After much searching I called Philips customer service and reported the problem and they said they would send me a new speaker. It was a month ago. Nothing. So now I have mono stereo. I think I can pretend it's a 1940's record player or something. Or I can throw it away. Don't risk buying this.

Pros
  • Classic design. The two-tone center unit and the loudspeaker housing are reminiscent of the design of the individual hi-fi components. The textured volume control gives the performance a nice analog feel. The front panel has buttons for playback and source selection.
Cons
  • Difficult to say
