Philips Sonicare for Kids 3+ Bluetooth Connected Aqua Toothbrush - Interactive & Rechargeable, HX6321/02 Review

This is our third brush, we have two boys. They don't last very long. I was smart enough to get a warranty on the last one I bought and even after a replacement, the replacement didn't last long.

I was delighted to give this toothbrush to my daughter. He arrived late yesterday. To my horror, the box was open, sealed with duct tape (sort of) and looked like it would be used to wipe a cow's bum. There is absolutely no excuse for that. Terrible experience.

My 7 year old asked for Sonicare like Mom and Dad and was so excited to get it - I've had to tell him so many times to stop brushing his teeth :) Arrived fully sealed in the Factory on, exactly as expected with everything inside. The app works very well and connects to Bluetooth right away with no issues. Will update if we have problems in the future. It comes with a 2 year warranty and if you sign up online you get an additional 6 months. (only 2.5 years). Signing up was quick and easy too!

For children under 5 I recommend ordering smaller heads, part number HX6032. They can keep the brush head that came with this brush until they get used to the large handle of the Sonicate Kids brush and the original brush head. The original head was too big for my 4 year old.

It worked fine for a month then the motor started to rev violently. Too late for a return and no "Contact Seller" window. Even on the softer setting it gets too strong, my kid got scared and switched to an old style toothbrush. We bought a toothbrush, not an electric brush.

We came back from the dentist with a not so good report. Our dentist recommended an electric toothbrush. We've tried regular electric toothbrushes before, but the kids brushed their teeth quickly and that was it. When we bought this toothbrush we had the same problem as before. I bought this toothbrush for my 4 year old daughter because we had trouble keeping her teeth clean. I don't know what happened but suddenly her teeth looked very stained all the time. As soon as we started using this toothbrush, we saw improvement almost immediately. Her teeth looked shiny and clean. I didn't know if she would be worried about the vibration, but she was fine with that. And I love that Sonicare adds little musical alerts when you need to switch sides. She still laughs a little…

**UPDATE** 1/7/2018 - I am updating my review on this product as the toothbrush has completely stopped working. We have had this toothbrush LESS than FOUR MONTHS. My friend woke up one night to a constant buzzing sound and went upstairs to my stepson's bathroom to find the toothbrush buzzing every few minutes. We thought it needed charging, which was odd as we had only charged it a few days ago. He placed the toothbrush on the charger and the charge indicator didn't light up or buzzed a little…
