Great experience for New user with payroll software

The best thing about this product it's simplicity to use especially when you are new at using HRMS systems like Paychex! It has been very easy so far but I do have some questions that haven't yet found answers online such as how can we set up automatic deductions? How does pay period end dates work exactly (they're not explained anywhere)? You need someone who knows what they doing if your going through training because there isn’t much support out here unless its something simple. We've just…

Great integration between Xero & HR systems - would like more outreach/coaching

The ability to have an integrated view between our Payroll (Xero) & HR systems! It removes manual entry errors that would normally occur using 2 separate applications - also it reduces time spent updating information manually across multiple platforms vs only 1 place instead!! Would like more 'outreach/coaching'. We still require lots inputting via Excel spreadsheets etc where we could just use this tool if there was some way within its interface itself so you don't end up having issues when…

  • Ease getting all data from payroll into one system, eliminating many headaches in keeping track for staff pay rates at different levels eacch month as well saving hours every year with no needless backdating or re doing entries once done correctly..and best part is I can do my own work!!! Phoenix BRIDGE is good option if you want quick, convenient HR tools

The best part about this software was that it enabled me to manage multiple pay periods at once without any issues! I can also view my time card information right here along side all other relevant details regarding an employee's performance history. This tool helped us solve our problems related to managing large number of employees within different departments simultaneously who were working across various locations.   • Multiple security options available as per required requirements.
  • Provides ample reports like Time sheets etc., which helps in better monitoring & evaluation

Easy way for staff and customer facing teams alike

I like that we can access our information so easily through phoenix bridge. It allows people to keep up on what they should be doing while working remotely. The only thing i don't really enjoy about it but could have been fixed would be having your email notifications set up right when you send something out, not days later sometimes. This has nothing bad to say because everything works ok at this point though! You will realize once you actually use its features how easy it makes things…
