NOT Orbital Buffer/Polisher

Otherwise normal product automatically gets 3 stars because the description advertises it as "Orbital Car Buffer Polisher" which is not really true. This is a fixed axis buffer; it doesn't "spin" around. The head on the orbital buffer not only rotates, but also "oscillates” during operation. This is very important to avoid fire or surface wear if the buffer is left in place for too long. I would never use this bumper on any vehicle except for body work. Still, I prefer the random orbit…
