I like that you can create multiple projects with different milestones, tasks, etc., within one account so it's easy to keep track of all your work at once from start-to-finish! I love how simple it works for my team to create tasks, track progress of those projects & assign them too! The only thing that can be improved would have been if you could upload files via drag n drop (instead using links). As well as being able easy access your dashboards from anywhere in our office or home with no need install any desktop apps etc - great tool especially when working remotely sometimes up days at time without direct client contact!! I love pie for its simplicity, easy to use interface, ability to create tasks in different stages of completion from start till finish which helps me manage my projects with ease along with being able to track progress easily as well. It also has an option where you can upload images or videos so that your team members are always aware about what's going on in each stage. Nothing much but it does have some bugs here n there when using online version while working offline too sometimes gets slow
