They stick well to the polyester plastic and aluminum base for the project. The adhesive's melting point is around 250 degrees Fahrenheit, and the optimum is around 260 degrees for better flow and adhesion. I used a laser thermometer to determine the melting temperature on a tempered plate. The adhesive doesn't start to soften until around 240 degrees Fahrenheit, but adhesion is poor. I couldn't tear the rhinestones off the plastic or metal base without a lot of effort. Very good product.

For the price and first class delivery this product is great. The stones have very little inconsistency with the cut. Some of the "flat" parts are slightly larger than others. to the non-artistic/untrained eye this is very slight and goes unnoticed. For a perfectionist like me I can see the difference in how they sparkle, but then again it's not very obvious to most. I recommend this product.

I was very disappointed when they arrived in the mail. I think the photos in the description are misleading. I wanted to wear gold rhinestones on my flower girl wedding dresses but when they came out they looked very cheap and were a very strange gold color. Don't buy them if you want pretty rhinestones!
