Very, very small! I needed something unobtrusive for my work and this is the perfect size - it fits snugly on my nose and is hard to see unless you're up close.

If you are looking for the smallest piece of jewelry you can get then this is it. If you want to see, take something else. It's so small I can't even see the "gem" and I think it would just go through my nose piercing.

The perfect size for my tragus! Very small and elegant but I like it! You may need someone to help you insert them because they are small, but I was able to do it myself. The inside of the earbuds are flat and not bulky which is why I love them! Titanium is the way!

Exactly what I expected. To me they are the perfect size for a nose ring, my only complaint is that the stones are so tiny they don't catch much light like the product photos. In the picture of my hand, the smaller side of the jewelry is the gemstone and the larger side is the back.

Very good quality rivets. I like the way it looks. Unfortunately I can't use it. I got this to use as a stud for my healed piercing. I usually use screw studs and I can't use them because my piercer had to work around the natural bulge/ridge in my nostril. In addition, the rivet is very small and is only suitable for those who like discreet jewelry.

The image used for this listing is misleading as it shows the head of the piercing is wider than the base, but it is not. The part of the piercing that is actually visible is tiny, so if you want a very small and cute little jewel, this is great. The gem itself is the size of the tip of a ballpoint pen. I have tried different types of nose studs. This style (Breaks to Paste) is by far the easiest and most convenient to use. Because of the flat back, this hairpin won't fall out as easily as the one with a ball end, and the flat back is much more convenient than the back of a corkscrew.
