Works but needs an adapter

The valve that attaches to the freon tank could be better. I had to buy an adapter to make it work. But overall my fridge works great.

No Complaints - Air Conditioning Line Repair Tools

Works as described. There were no problems. The piercing valve features 2 wedge adapters that accommodate a variety of tubing sizes. Just watch some videos online to find out which line to connect to when charging/recovering refrigerant.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • New Competitors Emerged

It worked haha: Air conditioning line repair tools

I wasn't sure about the need to put freon in portable air. At first I thought it wouldn't work. But I added a little bit more and suddenly it worked and now my portable air device works fine.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Little repairability

You get what you pay for.

Current caliber is ok. But the side that connects to your freon has terrible cross threads and doesn't seal the bottle well enough to use. I had to use my sensors on my car to fill the fridge line. Adapter and line piercing gadget work perfectly. So I could finish the work. But someone who has no other form of communication will be out of luck.

Pros
  • Robust construction
Cons
  • Without automatic

Threads break easily. Cheap metal

After one use, the thread that is attached to the refrigerant bottle has already snapped off and the bottle no longer fits properly. Not sure what metal was used, but it's soft enough to lose the thread already. No, I didn't overtighten the glass. This thing should last more than just 1 use. There were no problems with other parts of the set, it was quite simple and easy to use. Everything needed was included, just wish the above part was more durable as I was planning to use it on another…

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Discontinued model
