waist money! Suitable for sports

Used axles and axles bent by 2.5 degrees! You should use what comes with the kit! From 20 cars we took 17! Just a car with curved axles and racing tires!

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons
  • Safety

I wasn't sure if that would help, but my .

I wasn't sure if that would help but my son won all his derby races and took home first place. I can't say for sure if the wheels were the only reason for the win, but I definitely think they helped!

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • No

Not for the reason my kid won overall but definitely helped.

As promised. My little one won first place in a whole pack of about 60 little ones! Wheels are only a small part of the equation. Based on talking to other dads I think this is why it won first place in our pack as all the other great cars had the same setup as ours.

Pros
  • Doping ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Cons
  • Bad instruction

Poor quality axles ruined the wheels.

I can't say whether I like them, because the spiked axles that I also bought from you were so defective that they didn't fit properly in the wheel holes. Unfortunately I made the mistake of slipping them through the holes in two of the wheels which now leaves small burrs on the inside of the holes in the wheels. I am very disappointed and now not only have to order new axles, but also new wheels.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • High price

It probably won't work.

So I figured I'd up my game a bit this year and help my little brother win the Pine Derby sometime, but these wheels combined with some other pre-polished aftermarket axles DID NOT EVEN make the car. REACH THE FINISH LINE! Even with tons of graphite -_- To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Moral of the story - it may or may not help, cannot be confirmed due to catastrophic failure. Find out in advance if possible

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • The list is getting long.

Nicely done best in wheels

The shave was well done and they weighed as advertised. I would consider it non-essential, a must for a very powerful Derby machine, but otherwise they won't bring you any profit. I built three other winners this year that went a little faster with wheels out of the box. There are at least six other factors that you must consider in order to be a winner. On all my wheels, out of the box or not, I polish the hub and axles with six grit sandpaper. But I've smashed whole packs of OOB wheels.

Pros
  • Several competitors
Cons
  • unreliable

Are you considering a purchase? Read below.

This is my first time writing a review, but I felt compelled to provide a few pointers to those considering a $24.95 purchase. In addition to the $6 tube of graphite powder, I bought these wheels and cylindrical tungsten weights. I'm usually of the do-it-yourself mindset, but unfortunately I didn't have access to a lathe/CNC machine. My son won all ten races and took first place overall. The average speed was just over 197 mph with an average time of 2.50 seconds. I believe these wheelsโ€ฆ
