Pioneer CA-8681 throttle cable fits my 1992 Ford F-150. The plastic is very poor quality and I had to pry the plastic clips off a bit to hold it in place. You get what you pay for. I would not buy the same product again.

Bracket on throttle body is too small to stay in place. The notch on the accelerator pedal is too small and can come loose. The cable is too long (1/8 inch minimum) and has excessive slack. The plastic piece at the end of the throttle body is not an original design.
