The instructions say: HAND WASH IN COLD

Before ordering, I specifically checked whether this item can be washed in the dishwasher. The description makes this clear. However, when I received it, it does not match the instructions on the box. The packaging clearly says hand wash in cold water. They return. What a waste of my time and effort!

Pretty nasty actually

These are good mugs but the design is a little off. As you pour the contents, the liquid begins to flow down the pitcher, not just into the glass. I have to clean up the mess every time I use it unless I hold a cloth underneath while pouring the juice. Actually pretty annoying. If I knew that, I would look for other mugs. The glass seems quite thick, so that's a plus.

Lid is NOT Secure: Servingware

I'm disappointed that the so-called "snap-on lid" doesn't actually snap into place or otherwise secure when in place. It would be common sense to describe something with a snap-on lid. In fact, it fits so loosely that you have to be careful not to spill anything even with the lid on. Because of this design flaw, I highly recommend looking for another product.

Great fridge storage

I use them to store drinks in the fridge. The shape allows you to place it both on the shelf and on the door, and the handle is comfortable and practical. The only weak point is the plastic lid, which does not fit perfectly. The good thing is that you don't have to take the lid off to pour out the liquid; but the lid is very loose and doesn't stay in place like my old one, and when it rotates even a small pour gets messy. Otherwise, I love these mugs!

Better than expected.

I ordered this two piece set because it fits in the fridge door - I already had the large one and wanted the smaller ones to catch the overflow as it exited the still. I chose this one because there were two of them, but I didn't particularly like the diamond pattern. I'm so glad I chose this set now because the lids are so much more comfortable than my large jars. They allow pouring without completely removing the lid. I love them and would definitely recommend them to other glass buyers!

Love this set of glass jugs flat and easy to store in the fridge

This is a review of two glass jugs with spout, lid and handle, not milk jug. I hate when sellers change items as it seems like the reviews are for a new item. So look at what the person bought in their review and see if it matches the item description. I bought these mugs for my cold beer as they take up a lot less space in my fridge on wheels. I like the size and the handle but one had a chip on the side of the lid.

I really like this jug for its size, handle and attractiveness. I ordered 2. I would give it 5 stars except one of the caps broke off on the side. It's some hard plastic. It's still usable. This is cosmetic. I don't have time to return it so I'll use it as is. The crates they came in are solid and we are in a Revain crate so it had to be split at the factory. I would buy them again although I am disappointed with the chipped lid.
