My cat likes to pee on it

This is a tape measure. Works as intended and I have no complaints, especially at this price point, at least until I had to throw it away because of my cat. I wonder if the rubbery material gives off an odor that would make cats think another male has urinated on it, as this can happen.

Not as heavy as Stanley but much better than many generics.

This was for sale and I needed an extra tape measure to keep near the table saw so I wouldn't have to keep running to my workbench or drill to get a tape measure. As it's being treated with care I hope it lasts a while, but since the blade is thinner metal and the body isn't as strong there's no way I'd throw it in a truck to take to work. Then again, it's not really cheap junk that some generic brands have. For a homeowner, for infrequent use, it may be well suited. Bring it to your job site…

I thought I ordered 50ft tape but both the website and receipt say I ordered 25ft tape so I'm guilty and damned. The tape is held horizontally while I pull the tape through to measure the distance to the wall. I haven't tried long distances yet. When I needed to measure a possible bed placement, there was nowhere to attach the end of the tape, so I just stretched it horizontally until it touched the wall while standing the first six feet in one direction. , then eight feet the other way.
