🍎 PL8 1240 Apple Peeler Machine Review

This machine works great. You have to keep it down, but that's not a problem. It's easy to clean and not too big. It's really worth it!

It's amazing how easy it is to peel, core and slice a bag of apples with this apple peeler. I am very happy with it. In addition, it is very easy to clean. It has become one of my top 10 favorite gadgets.

Although it's non-slip, I put my hand on the bottom opening. So easy to use. Love it. The difficulty is bringing the bottom of the three prong apple together to get the whole core. I peeled, cored and sliced 5 pounds of apples in no time with very little waste. Highly recommended! You will not regret if you can bake cakes.

I am using Apple Core. Peeling machine every fall to make and freeze applesauce and apple butter. Every year I ordered one of the cheaper models to complete my apple challenge. I bought a PL8 machine this year - I don't need to order a new one in 2020. I think I bought the best machine available on the market.

The best design of this unit yet! We've had several models with suction cups that tend to slide off the surface during use. We had the clip version which honestly never opens wide enough to attach to any surface in the kitchen! This version is lightweight, easy to hold, stays secure and cuts, peels and cors very well!

We have a farm/ranch. We also have apple orchards. I've tried many of these devices and never found one that worked as well as this one. It's a simple and straightforward tool that requires no setup or adjustment, is easy to clean and lightweight. It's easy to store and works great every time. GTF Tex

This is the fourth corer/slicer/slicer I've tried and I've finally found a winner. It's perfectly stable when I hold it with one hand and turn the crank with the other. No suction cup or clamp required. The knife part didn't seem to work that well, so luckily there was a way to disable it. This probably cuts the time it takes to cook apples for my pie shop in half. I'm buying a second one today to have extra help I can have on hand. Great design!
