My son recently had braces fitted and our orthodontist gave us platypus floss - one side is flat so you can slide under the wire and brush your teeth. I ordered them because a) they were supposedly made specifically for flossing with braces and b) they are very reasonably priced. But the piece that is supposed to slide under the wire and lay flat is too thick. It can go under the wire with some effort, but I won't risk the wire to get there. So we used these pipe cleaner like picks that work…

The product is very suitable for braces. I ordered 6 packs but they only sent 4. They seem to come in packs of 4 so I'm missing 2 packs. Aside from the lack of packages, this is a good product. I should try calling Revane about the missing backpacks.

This is the best product for those who wear braces but want to keep their teeth clean without spending the extra time flossing. This product used to be sold in stores but I couldn't find it locally. I was able to get a decent deal online; However, I noticed that the price has increased significantly. It shouldn't break the bank to buy. Interesting, they have been discontinued :(

Firstly I did not receive the 6 packs as advertised. For this reason I had to send it back immediately. Then I decided that I would at least try them. useless. Definitely not worth the money! The front end is too big to fit under most of my wires and the few I could fit still didn't work because the thread stretched instead of staying taut. The ending of the selection is also very strange. Don't waste your money on this product!
