My second one, bought for my home office as I really liked the other one. Arrived in 3 days, just great service for delivery other than Revain Prime.

Great solution for the job!

Immediately after I bought a Plantronic headset, we switched to a softphone at work. This little adapter allowed me to seamlessly transition my headset from my desk phone to the softphone on my laptop.

Pros
  • Advanced audio processing
Cons
  • So-so

Works great with VOIP on my PC

I was using a Plantronics headset connected directly to my Cisco phone on my desktop. I was using the "softphone" feature on my computer instead and needed a headset to connect to my USB port. My first instinctive reaction was to buy a brand new USB headset. Finding this made me realize I could remove the "Cisco" adapter on the end of my Plantronics headset and replace it with this USB adapter.
