The headset is comfortable and I can hear well. microphone problem. Cuts off often. I have to bend the cable near the plug so someone can hear me.

Work is excellent. I just plugged them in and no problem. I use it for Internet telephony. The swing arm is very good and the built in volume control is a must. All this together with good sound quality and low price gives them a 5 star rating.

The sound quality is good even for listening to music, although some people don't find it very good for music. I am happy with the headset and the microphone works well when using it over Skype. The headphones also have a volume control on the cable, which is very useful if the volume on your computer is not enough for you. The price I paid for it was different though because after I bought it I saw a cheaper one at Walmart I think only $10 or so.
