Beware of returns

This does not work with my phone. Beware! If you need to send it back, you'll have to pay for it, and on top of that you'll be charged a 17% restocking fee! I do not recommend you to buy

Don't buy an Obi1062 phone.

Didn't work on my Obi1062. Well I'll keep trying other adapters to see if I can find one that fits. I'm sure it would have worked for any older voip phone it was designed for.

Mitel 6867i Compatible and Great Value

Bought this to test our Mitel 6867i phones and did exactly what we needed with Plantronics CS540 headsets. He picked up, hung up, and hung up the phone again.

Doesn't work with Mitel 5320

Someone at Plantronics told me this would work with my phone at work and that it doesn't have a proper headphone jack on the end that connects to the phone. The product may work with another phone but not the one I have at work.

Obi1062 with Plantronics EHS adapter

I work from home and use my phone all the time. A good headset, in my case it is Plantronics CS501, it helps me a lot. This combination of Obi1062, APS-11 and ObiEHS switch kit works quite well together. I can take calls through the headset, which is great when I'm away from my desk.
