Given the price, it should work, but it's awful

Headphones are constantly full of static electricity. Tried over 3 different ports, the result is the same. It doesn't get any louder/quieter. This headset was quite expensive compared to some of the others I've seen, but it was disappointing and actually sucks. Its only plus point was how comfortable it was on the ears. Some are really tight and put a lot of pressure but this one was good. That would just work.

Extremely overpriced for very poor performance.

I have had these headphones since the beginning of August, I tried to return them today September 9 but it is too late to return them. Why do I want her back? Considering they cost four times the price of regular phone headphones with a mic, I was annoyed that I was stuck with a poor quality product. I bought these for very long Zoom meetings and the headphones became uncomfortable after an hour of use. The only good things I can say about these Plantronics headphones are 1) very comfortableโ€ฆ

The best choice for work and play

I've been a technology consultant for decades which means I spend hours on the phone every day. I've blown countless phones, headsets, earbuds, and headphones while calling clients, listening to music at work, and playing games after work. My first headset at my current company was a Plantronics headset that was introduced to me in 2005 when I started. I also keep a Logitech wireless headset on my desk, some Sennheiser headphones for audio work, a cheap Sade headset for gaming, AirPods for myโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Ideal for: Users who actively use a computer for communication and collaboration.
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks

Great Headset Comfort

In my office, I use a Plantronics Voyager Focus, a high-end wireless Bluetooth headset with excellent comfort and active noise cancellation, but it's expensive. Now that I'm working from home, I bought this Plantronics Blackwire 5220 wired headset, having bought the more basic Plantronics Blackwire C3225 about 3 months ago. While the cheaper Blackwire C3225 does a good job of reducing noise and ambient noise, its comfort level just doesn't cut it for long virtual meetings. The slightly moreโ€ฆ
