Great headset, suitable for computer accessories and peripherals

Really like this headset. It's wired so you never have to plug it in or charge it. I like the one ear model. I have both, but the double ear model gives a bit of echo. Love this set, use it every day for Zoom Calle.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Hard to remember but it was

Old fashioned design but effective

The built in volume control via the USB port on my Key One didn't work well. I removed the extension and plugged directly into the audio jack. Works very well in this mode. It's much easier to talk than using ready-made Bluetooth headphones. It's "old school" but it's reliable and works.

Pros
  • Special offer
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Either bad product design or bad quality

I bought this specifically with USBC to work with my Mac. When I plug it into the Mac's USB port, it doesn't work, the Mac's speakers are still active. When I unplug the USBC cable and plug it into the audio port, it seems to work. SO ANNOYING! It doesn't seem to be working as intended.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Nothing

The headset works perfectly. USB adapter does not work with Pixel 2 XL.

This is a great headset (Plantronics Blackwire 5210, C5210 USB-C) but the USB-C adapter doesn't work with the Pixel 2 XL. Luckily I have another USB-C adapter that works. If I had known that beforehand, I would have opted for a cheaper headset with only a 2.5 mm jack.

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • Expensive

Ideal for architects in hybrid working environments

Ideal one-ear headphones for architects and others working in a hybrid environment: simultaneous analogue/live and digital placement. We were looking for aviation headphones with a mic and tested the top-of-the-line BOSE gaming console with a mic stand and concluded that this product is better suited for office and web use.

Pros
  • Got it!
Cons
  • Style 90

Great headset with great features!

I love this headset! I also bought one for the office. Excellent sound quality, both incoming and outgoing. People at work said I sounded like a radio host. They were amazed by the quality. It also has some great features. Both physical and software. I can wear it for hours while talking and it doesn't hurt like some do. Great price for what you get. I highly recommend this to people.

Pros
  • Availability
Cons
  • I have no complaints about it, everything is fine

Definitely the best headset for professionals

When choosing a good headset, you need #1. You hear customer #2. Customer hears you and #3 Comfortable for hours of use. Simply put, wireless sucks, I can go into detail on signal loss, omnidirectional mics etc etc. All I can say is that my clients hear me perfectly with the noise canceling and I can hear them but they are not. I can't hear my car or background noise, they are comfortable and best of all they don't have batteries draining during the most important part of a call. I wish theyโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Long delivery time
