When choosing a good headset, you need #1. You hear customer #2. Customer hears you and #3 Comfortable for hours of use. Simply put, wireless sucks, I can go into detail on signal loss, omnidirectional mics etc etc. All I can say is that my clients hear me perfectly with the noise canceling and I can hear them but they are not. I can't hear my car or background noise, they are comfortable and best of all they don't have batteries draining during the most important part of a call. I wish they would make more of these. I'm glad there is 1 company that makes these products for professionals like me. I'm a broker, always on the phone and always on the go.
