Great sound quality from Plantronics, but this headset is lightweight and a bit flimsy looking. Hope it lasts long. Package in a plastic bag, no box at all, surprised it didn't break. I hope it's new. He looks new. Surprised by the lack of packaging Plantronics.

I ordered this headset 5 months ago. A few weeks ago, in the middle of the day, the audio and mic stopped. Now when it's connected, my app gives me a warning that no audio device is connected, even though it was selected as the default sound. It is no longer suitable for a microphone.
