Review on Plantronics Blackwire C5210 Headset Over by Amanda Rodriguez

I ordered this headset 5 months ago. A few weeks ago, in the middle of the day, the audio and mic stopped. Now when it's connected, my app gives me a warning that no audio device is connected, even though it was selected as the default sound. It is no longer suitable for a microphone. I contacted Plantronics using the customer support link on their website and they didn't bother to reply to my message. Note: They advertise that this headset is "comfortable" for all day use. . If you wear glasses, this is absolutely not the case. I have to take them off during the day and only wear them when I use them or I get a headache from the extra pressure of the temple on the temple of my glasses.
