Love this clip. This is the lightest Plantronics headset option I have (locked thanks to work in the system). I hate it when it breaks, which it has done to me twice (including this morning). I will continue to buy replacements until a better headset comes along because it's so important. But she will let you down and you will be sad.

Thank you for having this replacement part, I got a @work headset and the overhead part is uncomfortable for me! Headphones are great for my long 12 hour shifts! Unfortunately, the plastic part inside doesn't last long and breaks. This part makes it easy to replace without resorting to tires at my employer for a replacement!

First of all I want to clarify that this item is poorly designed so I'm not surprised that it broke. When I needed a replacement I went to the Plantronics website. An ear hook cost 19.99 and was sold out. I found this replacement on Amazon for half the price, and it's for two, not one. Having two is great because I expect it to break again due to a design flaw. Apart from that I really like this headset so I have absolutely no regrets about my purchase and it's nice to know that replacement ear
