The product came used, not new, as in the description.

This product was supposed to be new but the one I received had ear wax on the ear cup. The noise canceling feature was terrible too.

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks

Quality and size on headsets

The product meets my expectations with low satisfaction because when using the product with another phone after using it with one the quality of all calls will drop and the voice and the battery life will be short .

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • No

Terrible fit in headsets

Everything would be fine but the fit is loose. Also, the nominal distance is fake. The sound quality is good, except when the earpiece isn't firmly in place, then the microphone won't pick up your voice and the person on the other end of the line won't be able to hear you.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Slightly torn

The new version sucks Accessories and consumables

First, it doesn't charge like the original device. You have to use a micro usb plug and plug it into a very small socket on the back which is definitely not user friendly, now it doesn't charge fully and after just a couple of weeks the charge is only a maximum of 5 hours. This update sucks. Revert to the old version

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Some disadvantages

POS Do not buy in phone Accessory

I was going to write this review a few months ago as I was using it for the first 3 weeks I had it. According to the computer app, the Pos only calculates up to 6 hours and 12 minutes of talk time, but as soon as you turned it on, the phone showed 4 hours and 30 minutes. As an added bonus, you could only use it for a little over 3 hours and it was dead. So, after $90 and a few weeks of trouble, I ripped it in half and bought another one from another seller that works like this, as it should.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Negative Impression

Great headphones but bulky

This is the most I've spent on headphones. I wanted to upgrade (from the Motorola H730) for better sound quality and noise reduction and people on the internet highly recommended this option. I agree that the sound quality and battery life are excellent. However, I have trouble putting the receiver on my ear. I have to use both hands because the part that goes behind the ear is bulky. If I don't have my phone on and someone calls, I have to make an effort to put the phone down before I miss the

Best Bluetooth headset we've ever had

My husband was the first to buy the Plantronics 5220. We were blown away by how well we could both hear each other. It could even drive with the window open and I didn't hear any road or wind noise. He thought it was so cool that I got one too. I've never found one that people can actually hear me using. With Plantronics 5220 nobody can hear me! With others, they always fell out of my ear, or I couldn't hear because the receiver was too far from my ear. I've tried and tried to turn off…

Pros
  • Bluetooth 4.1 version offers improved mobile connectivity up to 30m and a dedicated button activates Siri, Google Now or Cortana
Cons
  • Long delivery time
