High quality case for my nodem and everything related to it. I drilled holes where needed for the wires so I can't tell if the box is waterproof but there was a rubber ring in the kit which I removed. I've bought several of these and will most likely buy more.

Great block as I have used it for power management in the bed of a truck but I have found that since my water got in the block around the Gaskets got around two holes I put in, sealed with epoxy. Really solid overall box... would buy them again if I need them.

I had this box outside, on the north side of the pole. The sun shines in the morning/evening, but not at midday. Worked perfectly for about 3 months and then suddenly everything is flooded! I opened it and saw that the lid was bent! A good gap on both long edges let the rain pour in straight in.

I don't need much waterproofing, but that should be more than enough. The gasket material (supplied) fits easily into the groove and needs to be cut off as it is too long. But the seal seems really good after all the screws are tightened. I would use this again for anything of a similar size.

This junction box is fine. Just installed so no judging yet. Only time will tell if he succeeds in his task. He will be almost constantly exposed to the elements. The seal is not continuous (has a seam), so leakage is always possible. But so far it seems ok. But I wish the sides were a little thicker. I am using this as a solar junction box on the roof of a van.
