Arrived very quickly and installed in 10 minutes. It comes with a simple guide with pictures, and if you're still unsure there are plenty of tutorials on YouTube. My only complaint is that one of the four included screws for attaching the hard drive to the bracket was unthreaded, making it look like a smooth cylinder and could not be screwed in. Luckily the drive worked fine and was very secure with only 3 screws, but it's still an issue.

I was so happy and when I received it I only received the mount but then I sent an email and they kindly resolved this issue and will send the hard drive soon and I recommend it because they are loyal and kindly ask you to accept an apology if something went wrong. PS3 CECH-4301A bought for my sons. It came with everything I need. It was so easy to install. All I had to do was attach the drive to the mounting bracket, then slide it into the system and screw in another screw. It literally took less than 10 minutes. You really have to apply a "soft" force to it by pushing it into the system, but then it slides right in.
