This item was proprietary, expensive and did not work. It was missing components like the battery cover and strap. When I sent the item back I had to pay the shipping cost which was half of what I paid for the item.

The product itself worked without functional impairment. There were clear signs of wear but overall condition is excellent as the seller has already described the product as such. Used item, accurate description. The seller also included a key! Best deal, great seller. I will buy from this seller again!

When this guitar first came out I was a little pissed that there was a button. It just doesn't make sense if the PS3 has Bluetooth. In any case. When I opened it to put in the new batteries, I found a white powdery substance from the old batteries still inside. I learned that this powder is potassium carbonate and if not cleaned in time it can penetrate deeper into electronics and damage circuit boards. Overall, the classic rock band guitar for PS2/PS3 is a good device. It handles well, plays well and is a lot of fun. But what could really be useful is a little more durability. Of the two we had previously, one died completely and gave up on casual play after about a year and a half, and the buttons on the other are starting to get stiff. After using my Frontman guitars it took me a while to get used to the guitar. Well made and much more realistic than Guitar Hero guitars. As with any PS3 guitar or anything third-party, you must use the USB port to use the guitar as it requires a dongle to connect (since PS3s support bluetooth while guitars don't).
