This shampoo has a very pleasant scent, and lathers up very well. I can't tell if it is really "plumping" my hair that much, but it is very soothing at least. I don't really like the aluminum bottle packaging - you can't tell how much product is left inside the bottle. Also, I don't know if the bottle is actually recyclable in my local area. I don't know what it is about this shampoo but it really makes my hair awesome. I have fine, thin hair that is shoulder length and layered. I used this according to the directions with a lather and rinse then a lather and leave on for 2-3 minutes. I then conditioned my ends with conditioner. My hair feels very soft and has no fly aways. I love how it feels and looks after using this shampoo. I would love to try their other products since this worked so well.

This is a nice and easy to dispense bottle of shampoo. It helps my wife achieve added volume when using it. She has thinner hair, and this helps with it. It has a creamy texture to it, but washes off easily. It creates a good lather and you have to remember to let it sit in your hair for a few minutes before rinsing. Her hair looks more plump from using it, and she is happy with it. I would say give it a try.

While I certainly qualify – being over 50 - as having aging hair, I did not notice any "plumping.” While fairly expensive on a per ounce basis the shampoo does work and lathers well, and a little bit goes a long way for me: one of the best things I thought was there isn’t an overpowering perfume smell but your hair does feel pretty good. Be careful as you pour vs. squeeze the bottle or a heck of a lot more than you wanted will come out!

It does seem to create a fuller look, but without a conditioner to match, I ended up struggling to comb out my hair. For me, not much value in plumping my hair in general while yanking out too many individual hairs each wash.
