I find the workmanship quite good. Stainless steel is well made. The scissors are sharp. The price is reasonable. This clipper will not slip out of your hand like all conventional clippers do. However, it is quite difficult to access the right side of the toenail as the nail curls down at one point. Access to the left corner of the toenails is not a problem. Because of this small difficulty, I can not say that this hair clipper for the elderly is what I am. I give this machine four stars.

This is very difficult for the elderly. I consider myself relatively strong and tried this product once and it works. I can't cut her nails. Very disappointed!

Well I'm at the age now where clipping my toenails is quite difficult. This hair clipper gets the job done quickly. The different cutting angles are helpful. I even trimmed her nails for the ease and sharpness. I hope they last many years. They come with two springs, so if one goes, there's another. I've used them several times over the past few months and so far so good. Just be careful especially when you use it for the first time.

My toenails are so difficult to trim that I have to go to a professional pedicure regularly. Thought I'd try these and they worked great! The large handle also makes handling easier. I just hope they last a long time and stay sharp. They've already saved me some money considering the cost of a pedicure, but I hope they don't turn out to be just another "throw away" junk. I'm not worried about dollars, I'm worried about the landfill!

Excellent machine for cutting toenails. Study, strong, easy to use. They're pretty pointy, and if you have an ingrown toenail, you can just step out of the corner and cut it off. Really great tool at a great price.

Perfect product! Sharp and precise for cutting thicker toenails. Perfect cut the first time. Light grip. (The handles didn't slip like the other pair.) They likely have other uses. But I will keep them sharp as intended. (The file was attractive, but useless as such for serious logging. Needs work.) They're long-lasting, very effective, and inexpensive. Nail clippers - Grade 5 🌟!

Cuts off thick nails. Much fatter than mine. I should have bought something smaller but if you have such big thick toenails that's great.

Very nice set with case! Clippers are very durable with large handles that are very easy to hold and trim. The blades are nicely curved to aid in precision. The file is a bit difficult to handle due to the very rough surface, but it serves its purpose. Overall this appears to be a quality set that will last.

This clipper is amazing and I would happily give a five star rating. Unfortunately, there is no tool to remove ingrown toenails. There is an empty slot in the box where it should be. That makes it a bit creepy as I wonder if anyone used them and returned them. The pliers and file are there and they did a great job trimming my seriously ill son's nails. However, he has an ingrown toenail and I would like to try a lifting tool.
