The user interface was very helpful for us, as it had many features that we would otherwise have to manually enter ourselves if not done in manual formating mode. I think some of the options can be made more intuitive, but overall it has been easy enough to use and configure at this point. The ability to create, edit, print and upload your own design without having to rely on someone else's knowledge or skillset! Very easy for users who are not designers themselves - simply drag-and drop items onto a canvas (or use our tools) and you're good to go!
