Poor Size - Birds

The perches themselves are good, but the sizes are strange. I have 2 20" perches for my 20" wide cage. I had to wrestle with one to get it in place, but one day it worked. The other one is too short for me to screw on! I checked the labels that were on each one and they both say 20 inches. Strange.

Pros
  • Designed for cages without strong support bars; Stops sagging
Cons
  • There are nuances

Buyers beware, and perch width.

buyer, beware, although the perch is 20 inches wide, they obviously don't include the width of the screws on each end, which I think is about 1/1/4. " in width. If your cage is 20" wide like mine, do not purchase this product. I'm still trying to get this 21" bass out of my cage.

Pros
  • Natural hardwood perch with brackets on both ends
Cons
  • Dear

Too long but fixable

The pole was 22 inches long. I ordered a 20" perch. So it didn't fit my cage. Luckily my husband was able to cut it down to 20" and re-tighten the end of the screw. Now it works great. It's excellent quality and I'm glad it did we could adapt it for ourselves (my baby wasn't in a new cage yet, by the way).

Pros
  • Dragonwood naturally dense and strong
Cons
  • Mostly ok but...

Perfect for what I need.

I needed a slightly shorter perch that would sit across and in front of the three feeders so the parrot could easily reach it. to no avail and it worked great, was too long but was able to trim it down to fit and stay securely between the bars of the cage, diameter was ok although the parrot is not much bigger than a cockatiel and the branch is not straight enough too tight Solid wood makes it hard for them to chew chunks off if you have one of those wood chewers like mine.

Pros
  • Pack Dimensions: 2.0" LX 2.0" BX 22.5" H
Cons
  • Zero
