NOT Gigabit for VoIP

Incorrect information claim: 10/100/1000 Mbps Dual Port Ethernet Switch This model does NOT have Gigabit Ethernet. My mistake is trusting the data provided. If you need gigabit ethernet, you need the 411.

Pros
  • HD Voice up to 7 KHz, SIP Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP)
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Great replacement for the 400 line

Great replacement for the 400 line, although the only real change we saw was the integrated https for control. Fast boot time, easy setup, clear call quality, easy to add headsets, etc. Deployed 30+ with no issues.

Pros
  • Asian character support, hearing aid compatible, VVX expansion module support
Cons
  • Nervous

We've only had this phone for 4 months.

We have only been using this phone for 4 months, buffering a lot and cannot understand customers. According to our IT department, we have no internet speed problems. What is the return/service process for this phone?

Pros
  • 3.5 inch TFT color LCD (320x240) 12 lines Working
Cons
  • Unsure

Great business phone for the small or home office

Great business phone for the small office or home office. I bought this phone to work with RingCentral and saved about $100 by not being RingCentral ready. I called ring support and they helped me set it up in about 20 minutes. So if you're using Ring, you're good to go. There is no touch screen, but this is not a minus. In fact, I like this model more than touchscreens. It's more responsive and you won't leave fingerprints all over the screen. It is very easy to make and receive calls and you…

Pros
  • 2-port 10/100 Ethernet, 4-way navigation pad with center selection button
Cons
  • I'm pissed off
