Hard plastic cones and shavings cause thread interference

I already wrote a review when I received the product. This review is dated September 49, 2018 and is the most recent. Although the colors are beautiful the problem with this thread is that the cones are hard plastic and the plastic splinters will cause the thread to catch and when this happens the thread will not be pulled into the needle so the bobbin thread will come out at the top . You CANNOT get out of the car. Even if the thread gets stuck in the cone (below), the needle will break…

Pros
  • Suitable for any home or commercial machine
Cons
  • Some cons

I was skeptical about this brand due to bad reviews and broken thread complaints. I buy many different brands of thread to try to find thread that works really well on our machines; Babylock Destiny 2, Babylock Soprano and our Long Arm Handi Qulter Infinity. Our long arm is very picky when it comes to threads. Everything breaks easily. There are no breaks yet. So far we've looked through a few embroidery cones and used a few others in other projects. The ends were easy to identify and start. I…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Not automatic

I wanted this embroidery thread, I bought it in 2017 and used it with my other embroidery threads. It breaks easily compared to regular embroidery thread, Madeira, Sulky and Robinson Anton thread. I will not recommend this one. I bought Premium and I can't use it on my Husqvarna machine. I would like to inform you about this in this thread. I used this thread for embroidery. It actually broke my Husqvarna diamond machine. That overheated it, I did not notice that the heavy fluff caused by this…

Do not be shy.

It took some time to write the colors and numbers on the reels. Mine came with a tiny tag on top. My coils also looked different than the photos. The labels don't stick, but the marker works great. A slit was then cut in the bottom of the base of the spool with a utility knife to secure the ends of the thread, although it just took longer. Quite a few (maybe 8-10) of the spools had the wrong label. These spools pictured may fit snugly on a wooden stand, but my spools are significantly larger…
