🧵 80 Cones of Polyester Embroidery Threads (1100 Yards Each) - Compatible with Brother, Babylock, Janome, Singer, Pfaff, Husqvarna, Bernina Machines Review

I love yarn nanny. I usually like their products. The quality of this thread is good BUT it didn't transfer to my Brother machine. Previous cones I bought from Thread Nanny came in a box that fit my Brother embroidery machines. This one isn't very good. I wrote a letter asking about the situation and received no reply.

When I first used this thread I was "so disappointed". I've had wear and tear issues, tried different tensions, needles etc: no luck, then found that 'all' I needed was a spool holder, now that I have that I don't have any at all I've had problems. Love the pretty colors and now the smooth stitching and good price.

The yarn came well packaged and organized with a color chart. I love all the colors and it embroiders really well on my Brother NQ1600E embroidery machine. Follow the instructions to unwind each bobbin, use a thread holder or cup, thread the machine with the presser foot up and the thread will fit onto the embroidery machine. I will buy again if I need more yarn.

The range is fantastic! (Stickers fall off quickly, so use the marker on the cone to transfer the color number right away). Such great value. I don't think I'll run out of threads any time soon, but if I do I'll be back for more. Another thing is that it's great as a starter kit. This way I can find out which colors I use more often and how easy it is to complement them with a specific color group.

Expected larger cones than the ones I previously ordered. Now I see that another supplier has placed an order. Answers the question why the cones are different. Recently I used one of the cones to embroider something for my grandson and while embroidering the cone started to have problems, the thread got stuck on the "burned spot” of the thread on the cone. I've been ordering A LOT from Thread Nanny since I started machine embroidery in mid-January 2017. This yarn set, three 5000 yard cones of fill material, two 50 cones and one 20 cone. -conical thread kits direct from their website. I haven't had any major issues with thread breaks or knotting under my machine's presser foot plate (which I've had with a few other brands, one of which was so bad it broke the bobbin case - twice.
