I was having a terrible time getting my Australian Cattle Dog to go outside to sleep him remove. This was the first time I've struggled with this in a dog and honestly thought he might have a disease. That is, until my friend said we had one damn quiet pup. He stood by the pusher and waited, then walked right in front of us when we didn't quickly spot it, and ducked. everything off We looked for ways to get him to communicate with us and found these wonderful little things. We hung it on the…

great solution for indoor dog training

When we received our Great Dane puppy we were told he was already broken and barking to go away. Apparently they meant that he would bark from his cage, but since we leave our dogs inside all day when I'm at home, we found that we had a bit of a problem. Our pup came to the front door and just stood there quietly. When I was in the kitchen or dressing the baby I didn't see him so he started having front door accidents. (FYI, Great Dane puppies have WAY more accidents than most other puppies ;)…

My dog taught us. good for dogs

When my Havana puppy was 7 months old it was Christmas time and we had little Christmas decorations hanging on doorknobs with jingle bells. My dog quickly noticed that they make a noise when the door is opened. The first day she came and rang the bell and every time she did we opened the door to let her out. She trained us in about two days. She rang once then sat and looked at us until we came over and let her out. After Christmas we bought a set of these bells so she can keep telling us to go

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Not as thick as other pickaxes

A useful training guide that may make your life a little easier

A simple and useful product to train your dog and make your life easier. bells on a string. That's all. That's all they're supposed to be, but that doesn't mean you're buying some miracle product - you still have to do the work of training your dog to use them. However, training has proven easy enough that most dogs must be able to tap, tap, or tap on bells to make them ring. The bells seem to be at the right height for most dogs, and while the included duct tape is obviously not at all bulky…

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers

The best (and worst) solution! Haha

I've never seen a dog ring the bell to go outside but when I heard about it I knew I wanted to teach our puppy that. I bought it a few weeks before Grayson came to our house and started "training" from the start. Although we initially took him outside for the potty, we rang the bell ourselves and said "ring the bell" every time. After about 3 weeks at home he called for the first time himself. He was in the living room with us and was acting a bit weird (you're starting to see the signs that…
