Ok for the money for a casserole dish

I had to return the first batch as one of the molds broke off. The return was easy and I received a new one quickly. In the second batch, all the molds were fine, but the surface of the water pan was damaged. I just kept it instead of returning it.

A great gift for someone who loves to make crème brûlée!

A great gift for someone who loves to make crème brûlée! The biggest chore of making crème brûlée is taking it out and putting it in the oven. Submerging even halfway into hot water can be messy, but more importantly, utensils can move around in the pot and it can be downright dangerous. So having a pot with mold holder was huge! It really was a lot more fun and of course a lot safer to make crème brûlée! I found the price reasonable.

Fragile, disappointed but

Not what I expected. The molds are thin. I was expecting them to be a bit thicker than the material, but they are very thin. Hold about 6 oz. You will receive 3 yellow and 3 white. The strongest element is the mold holder. I want something that is easy to use and easy to clean. It says it's part of a cookbook. Yes, it is printed on the back of the packaging. A great kit to enhance your crème brûlée baking

I make crème brûlée every Thanksgiving. This year it will be easier since I have this set. These were my molds in a casserole dish with water so they tended to splatter a bit and the molds didn't stay in place. Now I have no problem rearranging or moving the shapes and this is just the right size pot for 6 shapes.
