If you need to repair this item this is a simple and inexpensive alternative to the OEM factory item which can be obtained from the dealer parts department.

I saved a lot of money ordering them at the price I got at the Audi parts department. They appear slightly larger than the original Audi clamps, but are only noticeable if you look closely.

Installation was easy but the latch was very tight. After trying it, the first broke due to the impact of the force on the visor, the input and output is very high, which may cause repeated braking.

I was skeptical at first but when the package arrived I was able to remove the old visor clip. The color of the new one was pretty close to the beige interior of my 2015 Audi A4 Allroad, but the original part cover matched the clip being replaced. It took about 2 minutes and I was done

Solid item but I wouldn't buy it if you are looking for a VW Passat replacement. It's different and didn't suit me. I would look elsewhere for this specific part for the Passat.
