Great for Golden Retrievers and 2020 Subaru Forester

After switching from Honda Accord to Subaru Forester we needed something to keep our 5 year old Golden Retriever in/from Subaru safe . We also wanted something compact but durable that wouldn't take up too much space in the car when not in use. These portable pet stairs were the answer. Good product! Happy dog and owner!

I ordered and received the next day a Luffwell 5-Step Portable Ladder for a 28-36 inch install height. The rear step height of my SUV is about 31 inches. The steps are very light, they are very easy to open, install, use and fold. I keep footsteps behind my front seat. I have a 10-1/2 year old lab mix who had joint problems from Lyme disease as a child. Lifting it to get in the car was hard on my back and sometimes painful for my dog. These steps are great! At first he needed a little guidance…
