Portable Military Camping Bed Cot: 7 Colors + Free Storage Bag - Magshion Review

I am highly impressed with these cots! We bought two for a camping trip in the mountains of Virginia in October. We’ve also used them for guests when we are out of space in the rooms. Very durable and very strong. I’m almost 6 ft tall and it was long enough for me to lay on it without my feet going off of it. While camping we added blankets as the "mattress” and it was extremely comfortable! Well worth the cost!

This cot is about 5 pounds, very light. I know it says 10 pounds in the description but the label on the UPS box says 5 pounds. My son and husband both slept on it and says it is very comfy w/o having to use a sleeping mat. Easy to store gear under the cot. This is not a backpacking cot as it folds in half and no way to attach to a back pack. The bag to store it in also doesn’t seal around the cot we just sewed on a Velcro strip for transporting it and keep it stored in its original shipping…

If you sleep on you back, at least one of your hands, and arm, will fall off the side of the cot. Otherwise, it's exactly as advertised. You will also need some kind of camping mat if you want to be comfortable. I tried to use a 2" tumbling mat but it was too hard - If you sleep on your side, and had a softer mat, you'll have no problem (as long as you're not too tall).

So far have used this on one camping trip.More comfortable than my air mattress (with no leaking possible). It was easy to setup and take down and is pretty lightweight. The bag that it came with, as another reviewer mentioned, is not really great but it at least covers the thing when folded.The material is a bit cheaper than what you would find on more expensive cots but there wont be any complaints from me if this only lasts a few years of occasional use given the cheap price. Got these for two of my grandchildren when they sleepover on weekends and they love them. They seem comfortable and strong enough to endure the weekly abuse. They are big enough for an adult as well, (I laid on them too). I would like to get a piece of foam to put on them as well for some cushioning, not that the bars can be felt because I haven't had that problem at all but it would make it more like a real bed. Seems like a decent product for the money. Dont recommend falling into this thing. Need to easy into it. No bars in the back which is good.but the flimsy nylon bag it come in is starting to tear. No handles on the thing either so 2 hands to carry unless ur over 6'5 and u can carry under ur arm

For those saying its too hard or uncomfortable you clearly don't understand what this product is all about. Its suppose to get you off the ground so getting in and out of "bed" is easy. Excellent cot. It has served me well on my rotating shifts and as an extra bed (I moved for a short-term assignment, but did not want to call movers, so I used this in lieu of an actual bed). Quality is good and the cot is holding up well after months of use.However, the carrying "bag” is useless (it is a flimsy fabric with no closure or handle for carrying—it made more sense to discard the bag and just carry the cot itself.

I was looking for a cot as a extra sleeping bed for grandchildren and guests. This was perfect. It was a great size and easy to open and put away. It was comfortable and so much better than the roll away bed or blow up beds we have had. It is so quick and easy to set up. It is also economical compared to other sleeping cots. We got it for camping and it is comfortable, sturdy and stable for my son to sleep on in our tent. He also likes to use it at home. He's slept consecutive days on this cot with no issues.
