Our small company makes one product with care and love - an all natural beeswax based balm that soothes, moisturizes and protects your lips with nature. With a focus on creating a simple and pure product, we make Portland Bee Balm with beeswax from Pacific Northwest hives, adding only carefully sourced organic and local ingredients in just the right proportion to create not just a great balm, but the BEST balm. We then wrap the balms in real wood instead of processed paper and present them in lovingly handcrafted reusable or recyclable displays. We are proud to be a One Percent for the Planet member company and have pledged to give one percent of our revenues to Portland Urban Beekeepers Association – helping people to beekeep in urban environments where connection to the natural world is lacking.

Perfect lipstick! Totally unscented, unscented and works so well

I love this lip balm, both unscented and sunscreen free. It's completely odorless and doesn't have that weird, unpleasant, sometimes sweet taste that many other sunscreen lip balms have. The lipstick lasts a long time and is very easy to apply. Due to the sunscreen in this version, it can leave a slight white cast if you apply too much, but a little goes a long way for both hydration and sun protection, so it's not a problem for me.

I LOVE this product! I'm a chronic lip balm user! I tried them all for a lot of money! If I've found this by sheer luck, I refuse to have anything else handy! I have 3 boxes to save or give away to friends who will comment on the unique look of the package. My mom brought it from my sister's vacation home in Depot Bay, Oregon. I have never looked back and certainly not further! 🤗❤️🙏Thanks Portland Bees 🐝 Wax/Balm! You are simply "the BEST" 👏🏆❤️🤩

Good if you like the smell and texture

Works well enough but I didn't like the smell. It was like honey and oats, but I prefer something unscented. It could have gone smoother too. There are simply better ways.

thick but clumpy

I love how thick and moisturizing they are but they leave a white film and clumps. Even with light use! So I use it as a prep before applying lipstick or a night lip mask and I'm very happy with the results. Just don't recommend wearing it outside until you've tried it at home and given it some time.

Tubes are not full The best in balms and moisturizers

The tubes are only partially filled. I've looked everywhere for a similar product and it seems to work fine. I don't know if that was a mistake or an innovative tactic. For the price, this was a bit of a letdown, especially since it's the only plain sunscreen lipstick I can find.

Really works! in lip balm

Unscented original - great product. When my lips got dry and cracked this was the only product that made a difference and healed it! (I've tried many lip balms, even very trendy/expensive ones). This one works perfectly every time (absolutely no weird taste, no smell, really no smell). I recently tried the rose garden and loved it too (super gentle). The eclipse is a nice addition, it leaves a bit of white on the lips (I think it's sunscreen and I don't mind because otherwise it's perfect.

Awesome, did well in the heat

Great stuff and handles the heat well. Took this for SPF lip protection while sea kayaking in the Philippines. No sunburnt lips, and its texture is truly natural and doesn't feel greasy when applied in the heat, unlike conventional big brands that are (and always seem to be) terribly gross in the heat. Now I will use this balm.
