🚲 PDW Mud Shovel 6.5 Fat Bike Fork Fender - Black Topo (373) Review

They fit my Diamondback El Oso perfectly. I was able to install them both in front and behind the bike. The only thing that can give 3 stars out of 5 is the factory sticker which is almost impossible to remove. I had to be careful using a heat gun and glue remover to avoid damaging the wing.

Velcro works great, very strong. Nice and long with great guides that can be cropped exactly as received from the maker, no guessing. My favorite part is that it's slightly longer than the competition with wider ends for excellent coverage. Can be used front or back.

I installed this on a Salsa Powderkeg tandem with a standard fork and it was the last piece we needed to keep dirt off our face. We already use mud shovel fenders, but mud and rocks still got through the front of the tire and into the captain's eyes, which doesn't work very well. We are very satisfied with the products from PDW. They're simple, easy to use, and work great!

. I have the entire kit, front fender, down tube and rear fender. Fat tires can shed a lot of mud and water, these really do. They looked flimsy but after 6 weeks of driving they are hanging there. I come back from rides with the bottom of my bike covered in mud and snow, and my shoes and tights almost dry and clean. I was skeptical but I really like them. They stay in place even with the bike on the car mount. Super light, you don't even notice them on a bike with fat tires.

Great design, quality materials and better work than expected. Just bought a Specialized Fatboy and it fits perfectly. Driven twice in New Hampshire in snow and mud (40F), once with fenders and once without fenders. Doesn't matter!
