Perfect fit - fuel system

This was exactly what I needed. 2003 Club Car DS, jerky movement when pedaling an electric vehicle. Sometimes it would not move and then it would start sharply when you press the gas pedal. The car now moves as it should. The item fits perfectly and arrived quickly.

Pros
  • Trial for one year
Cons
  • Some bugs

Pedal not responding fixed!

Some of the negative reviews made me suspicious but I decided to go this route rather than upgrade our car. So far this has worked like a charm and fixed our frustrating lack of consistent pedal response! Our trolley used to choose and choose when to go. Now she keeps pushing the pedal. You can order another one to have on hand in case the problem reoccurs.

Works perfectly! Best Replacement Parts

The original MCOR on my 2007 Club Car Turf-2 Carryall has been struggling for the last few years and I ended up buying this new MCOR from the aftermarket to replace it. Significantly cheaper than the OEM version. It took me about an hour to swap out the old unit and the new MCOR fits and works perfectly. We'll see how long this lasts and I'll update my review if anything changes.

Works well. in the fuel system

I had a problem with my Club Car where it cut off the power when going uphill. I did a lot of research to find out what would fix the problem and I decided to replace this MCOR and speed sensor. Both were not expensive. I no longer have any problems on the mountain. Not sure which part fixed the problem - I know my original speed sensor was bad as my car doubled from 7mph to 14mph!

  • Easy to read control panel

The golf cart responds again

Good product, easy to install. I had sporadic starts when pressing the gas pedal. At first I thought the problem was the engine's solenoid valve, so I replaced it. That didn't fix the problem, so the other logical solution was a throttle potentiometer. This product was an improved version of the original so I decided to order it. Installation was easy and took about 15 minutes. Follow the instructions and watch the video. The problem got solved.

So far so good after almost 3 months.

Originally bought another unit (10L0L Club Car 102101101 Golf Cart Motor Controller Input (MCOR) 2001-2004) from Revain but only lasted 8 months. My wife's club car 02 started overshooting when the throttle was about 1/3 and then backed off to about 3/4 causing jerks. This replacement looks better than the one I replaced but I don't know how old it was. I will update if I have problems with this device. So far so good after almost 3 months. The block is very easy to replace. Simply lift the…

Excellent MKOR for the price. Worked great on my 2001 Club Car DS

Pre-drill suggestions are correct. The holes should be slightly larger. For my 2001 DS club car, this MCOR really stopped the rough jerks it was experiencing at times. Unfortunately I didn't get a speed boost, but I'm glad the pedal feels more stable and powerful with this MCOR. Another thing to note is that people mentioning a five or 10 minute setup must be experienced and have all the necessary lifting equipment. to get under the wagon and get the job done. I'm new to this so it took me…

OEM and easy install

I was having these fluctuations at intermittent times and at different speeds, both on acceleration and deceleration, so MCOR (rheostat) was the logical culprit and the situation kept getting worse. Once I lifted it from the side it was closest, it took me less than 5 minutes to disconnect the two connectors, unscrew the two small screws on the back and reinstall. The gear-shaped drive connector cannot be moved because the shape of one tooth is different from the shape of the others. Just make…
