Works as it should, easy to cut.

Easy to cut with a jigsaw. Half a second's work. Fits well. The really repulsive, softer plastic makes it so you can't feel or hear the pop. Ollie can still pay the fine but wouldn't recommend it for a street deck.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Obsolete

Who's laughing now?

We used to laugh at them (and rams) and then we lost our tails lol. It's a shame Rat Nuts don't come with it, but it can easily be modified to use them. Most importantly, it saved my Welinder reissue from the sad fate of my OG Welinder!

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Some trouble

Extend the life of your skateboard.

This little thing saved my kid's skateboard. I got used to this skateboard but it was so easy to make. If you want to extend the life of your not very expensive board, you'd better put one of these up. If kids use it on rough surface, you need it.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Contemporary

Just what my board needs

Cute! It had to be shaped naturally. That's how I did it, maybe it will help someone. I put masking tape on the back and then attached it to the board where I wanted and then cut off the visible tape. It gave me a simple guide on what to remove. I put it in a vise and used the flap disc on the grinder. It worked well. I also used a countersink on the top of the board to keep the screws flush.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

Wouldn't recommend cropping

As mentioned in some reviews I've used it on a Landyachtz board, I bought it for my daughters - and Landy's tail is a lot narrower. Tried to cut with a jigsaw. It sawed easily, but the saw burned the plastic it was made of and gave off unpleasant fumes that choked us even though we did it outside. I didn't dare sand it down to get the perfect shape. It works well, although it undoubtedly leaves behind microplastic waste at every stop. When this wears out I just take a piece of old wood and cut…

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • No performance
