Simple and works. on Interior

Easy installation. Works great. The backlight is brighter than expected, it's definitely noticeable and lets me see how dimly lit the other switches are in my '99 GMC Sierra update - about a month old install, the backlight no longer works. The switch still has a full mirror adjustment function.

A small McGeiver adjustment to make the switch work

The toggle switch to select the left and right mirror was slightly wider in height, making the switch very difficult to toggle. I took a thin file and filed the hole the switch went through so the switch could toggle freely. After that, the transition worked great

Works but doesn't fit properly so it blends

Works but doesn't fit properly in derailleur frame. The directional lever for switching between mirrors is much larger than the factory switch, so much so that it gets caught in the switch's plastic frame and you have to push it left and right for it to work. I should have read the other reviews first because I see many other people are having the same issue. I can probably file the bezel a bit to get it working properly without having to force it. The spare part is of high quality! Highly recommended !

This switch is perfect for our 2002 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 LS. It's easy to install, just pry off the plastic housing that the old switch is attached to with a flat head screwdriver. It's about to show up. Disconnect the wire from the old switch. Use a tiny flat head screwdriver to pry out the old switch. Install the new switch in place. Reconnect the cable. Carefully line up the plastic housing holding the switch with the metal clips and you're done! Our mirrors are working again! No more…
