good pads, good price, including clips

Ideal for hobbyists. Replaced front brake pads on my 2008 Honda Pilot ex-l FWD, 150,000 miles. When changing front pads, I took out the rotors and spun them in O'Reilly's car for $12 each (worth it, assuming you've got enough meat on your rotors to spin them). The replacement clips in the box fit my calipers. everything came back smooth and works great. will buy again.

Installation issues on a 2007 Honda Pilot

I had trouble installing these brake pads because the top and bottom mounting pads or clips that attach to the instrument bracket didn't quite fit my 2007 Honda Pilot. There were 2 different types of metal clips or spacers in the kit, none fit. I like having all the parts on hand when doing this type of job and NOT having the car jacked up in the driveway for 2 or 3 days waiting for a part is a good thing. As a result, I had to buy metal support pads locally, which was a hassle. Therefore 3 out

The price is impressive considering it comes with all clamps

Matches my 2011 Honda Element perfectly! After installing them and going through the break-in procedure, they bite noticeably faster and harder than my old pads! Remember that the element is not a light vehicle and is considered a light truck. The price is amazing considering the kit comes with clips, rubber boots and lube! Spring. You can buy a can of brake grease to have on hand. The small package they give you is enough if you save up for it. I have used stock Honda pads and Brake…

Disappointed but to be expected when buying auto parts from Revain

I really expected more but unfortunately the quality can be a compromise when buying auto parts from Revain and not a dedicated auto parts resource/website. I have previously purchased Powerstop brake pads from other competitor automotive sites and have had no problems. This time I chose Revain due to the faster shipping time and figured the risk would be minimal if I bought the exact same pads. However, I was wrong. Not only did this particular set of Revain come in a rather shabby box, it…

Not bad, but not perfect

I felt like the brake pads on my Honda Element were worn out as I didn't have that much stopping power. I decided to try changing the pads myself (with a little video hint). I chose this brand of pads and paid more for the kit because it included new pad clips and some lube. When I received the kit I noticed that the lube shown in the photo was not included. I ordered EP and brake grease separately. Installation went pretty well, very easy (again with the help of the video). When it came time…
